Elita One Botcon Exclusive is a Convention Exclusive only figure only avaialble at Botcon 2009. 

Botcon 2009 was held in Pasadena California and was organized and run by Fun Publications as an officially licensed Transformers convention licensed by Hasbro.  Botcon not only featured new product reveals but also many voice actor panels, Hasbro Panels and featured a large array of convention exclusive figures every year.  Most figures were repainted and remolded figures of one central Transformers theme.
